Availability of Products

If online store products become temporarily unavailable due to some un-foressen problem urvasionline.com shall hold your order until the product is back in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.

Colour reproduction

Urvasionline.com has made every effort to reproduce colors in the online store as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colors in slightly different ways, and so exact color matches are not yet possible over the internet. This means that when you order products from the online store, colors may slight differ from what you see on the screen.

Packing

We take every good care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then plastic box packing. However, at times the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.

Delivery details

Please provide full, detailed address with contact phone number. The contact phone number must be of the customer who can be contacted in case the goods could not be delivered. Urvasionline.com is not responsible if the addressee is not available or Incorrect address.

Product and pricing

Urvasionline.com reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.
Returns accepted only for damages. No refund, only replacement possible.

Cancellation/Returns Policy

Urvasionline.com have the right to cancel any order you make. If you wish to exchange or return any product then please send the product back with item number and reason for return :
Please wrap products securely, fix the returns label safely to the parcel and attach appropriate postage. Please send through registered postage as will not accept liability for lost returns. Should you have any queries regarding a return then please contact us.
