Each of the entries into our warehouse has been through checking the condition of the goods. But somehow we sometimes are not infallible, so we keep preparing our accountability to you if something goes wrong of us. With the following provisions:

Confirmation of 1 W 24 hours after receipt of the expedition, we do not accept claims if the passing of time that is determined.

Send photos of the defective goods which to our Email.

Before you return an urvasionline product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made.

All our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

The goods will be in return must be in original condition when you receive goods from us, unused, tag brands, plastics and packaging are still complete.

Returns applies only to the goods defective, we do not accept returns because the colors do not match, the model is not as imagined, the size is not suitable etc. We only deliver goods according to your order, so before buying, choose carefully.

We only replace defective goods in the same model and color, do not accept the replacement with another model unless the same item has been OUT OF STOCK.

NO MONEY BACK returns applies, SHIPPING COST borne by BUYER, we do NOT REPLACING shipping costs for goods that be in return.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged, or if we have shipped the wrong product. Please note that all our products are went through quality checking before it is shipped.  

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

• Packages lost in transit.
• In case urvasionline discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
